Simple Cash Management ,, management watched the funds dwindle to the point of suspension.. Tried to late for cost cutting measures... then the discounts were so severe they disenfranchised previous LTH..
CHM when the SP was a 3.2c were low on cash... at 2.4c we knew the discount would be significant ,, then the 6 weeks of NOTHING,, then SP clips 1.4c and goes into suspension ,, whilst in suspension Complete Response announced and a $5m CR done at .006.... the SOI wasn't that bad here until that very moment with oppies to boot..
AS mentioned above ,, I'll just be waiting this one out ,, i've averaged down a little but there is a good chance this company will go Private.. Top 30 can now out vote the rest of the SH base..
Exciting times ahead,,, looking forward to the recovery and future positive results..
