If 1.45 b shares get approved and still get paid for?????? then a big chunk of those will be sold straight after issuing. Sp can't / won't rise.
If shares won't get approved or not taken up then Goodnight CHM.
The only way to save IMU and CHM is a RAD- restructure. While the market hasn't appreciated that at this stage at least RAD has no financial problems anymore.
But to get that done both need a pharma that sees any value in their assets. And that is the current problem. Lantheus grabbed RAD's assets at various stages of development, some pre-clinical, some ph2b. That means, if a pharma sees value then it jumps on it. No such signs at CHM and IMU despite holders got told how great those are.
Either the assets are great but managements are to stupid or reluctant to ask for more or the assets are crap.
ATX and even ALA have no problems to get their sp up and to raise funds. If they can, why can't CHM and IMU?
Anyway, no point in buying in before the 0.4c raise is complete or has failed.
