Like I said earlier assuming one can tolerate a bit of risk ....there's never been a better time to have a crack at CHM .
For what ever reason ( and we probably know the main one already ) there is a change in sentiment here the share prices of today will be a distant memory .
....and very very quickly
It'll be like a drilling company striking the "mother load "
