I emailed Hopper voicing my disgust at yet insinuating another capital raise so soon and without any catalysts to support the share price. To no response - as yet.
I am actually dumbfounded as to how poorly mismanaged this company has been since IPO. The tech can still be excellent but the messaging and garbage "fake interviews" that do nothing to raise the profile of the company.
The insanity of being a listed company is that new issuances / placements can be done at incredible discounts. It basically encourages destruction of shareholder value.
Across both IMU and CHM I have learned a very (very) costly lesson. And that's to avoid negative cash flow businesses at all costs. The corresponding dilution will continuously erode value.
Now that Jen is gone from CHM where's the special IMU cash injection going to come from?
