3 board members, PH, LH, LR are BM of IMU as well. Would leave 4 "non-IMUs" to give it the go ahead in case the 3 would have to abstain from voting due to possible conflict of interest.
IMO it would make sense but PH got more inside into the bigger picture and will make the appropriate decisions.
CHMO oppies, March '24, 25.5c, now looking a bit more alive but still a huge risk due to 11.5 months expiry date.
I got truckloads of them too but still have to consider losing them at this stage.
