Not worried about a CR either should one be announced. But would prefer an all scrip t/o by IMU, e.g. 2 IMU shares for 1 CHM share. JC could look after all the cell therapies including iNKT and LC covers B-cell and CF 33. Plenty of cash for both, less admin fees and only 1 NASDAQ listing needed. With the 3rd CF 33 application tweeted by Prof Fong over the weekend IMU's sp is expected to go through the roof over the coming years. Hey Paul, would that make sense? Paul would get additional truckloads of IMU shares too that way.
Or is the current rise due to some t/o leak?
