Well the writing is on the wall for Director Greene for not clearing a performance hurdle. Along with all other Directors. For Greene though, penalty - forego 1 million restricted ordinary shares. Good. It was deserved.
About time BOD's took a bit of pain and responsibility. And the new Chair has SH's support.
Speaking of pain, Director Greene should also consider stepping down from the board. He's time in the sun has long dimmed and career now sinking over the horizon. Dude, do the right thing.
