May not get to that level unless whole market goes down. I had a small top up at nz 3.90 not so long ago but that was after a report that was seen as bad. Now uptake and streaming seem to be catching on. Spark is going to stream the rugby world cup. How that will work out is unknown, but possibly a buying opportunity for spark if it has problems.
