    It's "missing" market awareness - a broker will probably have spotted this move and the need to analyse the NTA of the company etc  (I reckon still miles undervalued).

    Remember CHP is a High Conviction investment company so has quite a broad mandate and can move quite quickly when a relevant and viable project comes across their desk.
