I’m no mining expert , just a mug punter that watched my empire in CXO crumble , but merging with CHR & LPM to grow the resource .. has surely got to be better than raising say 50 mill from “ sophisticated investors & institutions”
the dilution to share holders would be a lot less I would of thought … giving both company’s CXO shares at a premium to their current sp in return .. these companies have probably already spent 10’s of millions of dollars in exploration… so seems like a better idea to buy what they already know what’s in the ground … than us spend another 50 mill just exploring.. if all that makes sense
