i agree you were correct the data isn't accurate, the allure of these websites atleast from my perspective is how you can put mutiple years of data in a chart to visual it. I'm very much more of a technical anaylsis orientated person.
The pricing pressure for new licensing usually stems from compliance of said license, so things like the cost of the license,and if asic want to do inspections to check on the license status. other costs can be around changes in internal policy to meet license requirements. That isn't to big of a deal just means perhaps slight cost increase. The main negative is that asic can now hinder there business very easily if theres any serious accusations disputes agains't there conduct now.
