Well if they don’t put an end to the manipulation it’s going to be up and down, up and down, and the only way anyone can get out is if they sell out all at once ( with the manipulators next pump). Not going to be good if you intended for a long term hold. As long as they can keep the market cap small then it’s easy to keep manipulating. They do their pump and sell, then they drive the price low to accumulate. Repeat. Maybe they’ve been doing it for years. I saw some posts from mid last year where people were also reporting manipulation with CI1.
