Yes and the "someone" is not a typical small investor - seems like this holder has at least hundreds of million shares to sell if not billions.
This SP dumping can only be explained with some big fish wanting to exit. Makes sense to dump from 5~13 cents but don't see the reason to dump at this low prices.
