Not surprised about Jimmie’s new compensation. He can’t really sell shares after how much criticism he gained for selling such a large chunk last time. this isn’t a founder led firm that’s relatively new it’s mature and Jimmie is Probally thinking about succession and retirement this may ultimately lead to him thinking how to transfer wealth from shareholders to himself the most discrete way.
