    Can I say regarding the letter of ”intent”, what seems to be is 1 company with a subsidiary, (2 feathers of the same bird ) and 2 financial support base companies HKBNPL & HGC. But given the lack of transparency on the announcement I can only assume that HGC would be the financial hub for HKBNPL in this project perhaps a joint venture? Not sure
    Correct me if I’m wrong if you know why Ci1 HKBNPL doesn’t use it’s SME’s lending or is it?
    Ci1 other BNPL has lendings for SME’s so where does HGC fit in to all this ?
