Anyone interested in Credit Intelligence Limited (ASX:CI1) should probably be aware that a company insider, King Wong, recently divested AU$300k worth of shares in the company, at an average price of AU$0.02 each. That sale was 38% of their holding, so it does make us raise an eyebrow.

Over the last year, we can see that the biggest insider sale was by the insider, Biing Tan, for AU$7.9m worth of shares, at about AU$0.05 per share. While insider selling is a negative, to us, it is more negative if the shares are sold at a lower price. The good news is that this large sale was at well above current price of AU$0.016. So it may not tell us anything about how insiders feel about the current share price. In the last twelve months insiders purchased 17.61m shares for AU$424k. But insiders sold 454.21m shares worth AU$17m. Over the last year we saw more insider selling of Credit Intelligence shares, than buying. You can see a visual depiction of insider transactions (by companies and individuals) over the last 12 months, below. If you click on the chart, you can see all the individual transactions, including the share price, individual, and the date!
