Over the year CIE was down 32% before Lanyon triggered the price. Not sure Geoff's holding in CIE was adding a lot of value for WAM shareholders. Should Geoff gain control of CIE. CIE shareholders will gain a better fund manager wiith the income focus they initially signed up for. WAM shareholders will have Geoff FUM rising which will diliute his performance for them. Geoff private company will get the benefit of the new FUM revenues. DYOR
