i wouldn't really call it a fight, they waived a white flag as far as i'm concerned.
but i'm surprised WAM have let them keep the shell with the dead wood, guess they don't want to be engaged in another prolonged saga, and getting out at NTA minus costs is good enough for them.
PS: good luck to WAM holders staying for the dividends, i judged that i would lose way more in capital and sold out. Hope they can sustain the premium, but i'm not holding my breath. Happy to be proven wrong, time will tell.
