I don't think anyone wants to address the massive risk the huge premium holds.
There used to be a reason for it... outperformance. I emphasise the key phrase "used to be".
The only thing holding it up now is retirees solely focused on dividends.
I notice the article in the paper talking about the disaster that is "Myer". Can anyone explain why they have persisted with this train wreck?
