Personally If I was CIM I would say exactly the same today before the 9th (A Big fat NO)
What they do after the 9th, who knows
Yeah I know its not cash offered
but they are going to give shares to INDO at plus or minus a bit at 20.3c, the top of fair value is higher without this deal going into MAH
Anyway we will all soon see what happens I still bet share price is around 20c in the next few weeks assuming due diligence on the INDO deal keeps stacking up "It will"
