Hochtief since May owns 76.67% of CIM an interesting observation:-

Under a takeover bid, a bidder may proceed to
compulsorily acquire any hold out shareholders at the
bid price once it has obtained a relevant interest in 90%
of the target securities. This is provided that the bidder
has acquired at least 75% of the securities it offered to
acquire under the bid. This typically takes one to two
months to complete if the procedure is not challenged.

Looks like Hochtief may want the sp low enough to make a lowball bid at say $25 and claim shareholders are getting a 25% premium if accepted, sounds good but a lousy outcome for sh's.
