I'm massively down on this so I can't say my appreciation process has been very succesful yet.
However once there was a change to the plant location it was always going to be 2025. I am very pleased to see continued, iterative work on the flowsheet. I hope that this will continue with some degree of urgency. If we can get a grant to stary the decline that would be huge, even if there is more of a wait for the full permits that would be a huge signal that this will happen.
