It's a good thing EMh will probably never build the mine, otherwise we would read announcements like "The Board is pleased to announce that construction worker Petr Pavel is considering lifting his shovel. We are considering providing an update on this in some future."
Contrary to what FingersX thinks, I don't believe that the EU assigns an official to every project to lend a hand in the best possible preparation of the funding application. As is known, the CRMA has clear green requirements, which DRA GLobal has probably not yet seen as being met. So it needs to be improved.
As far as the sugary language regarding the engineering test work programs is concerned, it should be noted that this is not a fixed result, but rather just the expression of a hope that further improvements will occur
