It's certainly entertaining to read. All that sugar coating about how it'll actually take longer to deliver a DFS because the naive plan won't fly for permitting, and this was clearly known and hidden by KC for a while. He absurdly thought with his Australian mindset that it can be smoothed over and released anyway, so it's better to just keep saying the DFS is imminent and then comically delay it a bit at a time. Which you can understand, because up to this point he has been delaying it a year at a time when he even bothered to officially do that... So yeah, nice reading between the lines.
