You and all of us. That + the actual decision-making structure behind the scenes is unclear. KC keeps complaining about CEZ not allowing disclosure and progress, and we never hear from CEZ's project representatives. That lack of transparency and accountability is the number 1 risk for me.
CEZ's representatives are not legally bound to make positive decisions on the behalf of the shareholders - KC is, yet if KC is constantly blaming CEZ for lack of comms and progress...sounds like there is nobody representing our SHs interests, and that is a massive problem.
CEZ couldn't care less about a few SHs in Australia/UK and their investment goals, and are acting accordingly.
