Like literally. i know I'm going a bit tin foil hat here, but is there something driving that? A Definitive FEASIBILITY Study just has to show exactly that: the feasibility. Yet we get endless delays for 'optimisation' and 'incrementele improvments' and revisies amd changes..... That's all great, but were the original processes /plans not feasible? I don't think so. So we should have had a DFS.
So my speculation is: who benefits from additional work being done within the scope of a "DFS", and who would be able to apply leverage to KC to take that approach?

is EMH getting screwed over by the project "partner" pushing EMH to just continue doing more and more work under the guise of a DFS? More work done that they don't have to pay for, they also are incentivised that the SP stays as low as possible for their eventual buyout.
It's time for KC to justify a a 'better' but 3-4 year delayed DFS is a better outcome for Shareholders than just publishing the study as a baseline for the project - COMPLETEING EMH'S OBLIGATIONS TO FUND A DFS - and then letting the project progress to the next steps and with the appropriate partners and funding structure for that stage.
Looking at the SP, it's certainly hard to justify this approach.
