IMO timing is key for CEZ. 2025 will - must - inevitably bring positive news flow if they want to move the project forward (they are acting critically, but it should have been decided long ago). This should also have an impact on the EMH's SP. The question is when will CEZ pull the plug on a possible upward movement - in form of a trading halt followed by an offer. If the shareholder agreement is to be believed, this is not possible before the FID, before that comes the DFS, and before that the CRMA decision.
The question of the offer... The project is generally very much about social issues. I wonder if that plays a role, for example if they want to settle the unwelcome Australian minority partner with an outrageously low offer.
