KC et al openly lie to the shareholders in every announcement for the past 4 years. If one knows that the DFS is not coming, that there is no intention, at all, to continue its development nor to ever release it to the market, if one knows that the site that was chosen for the project is not even going to be used at all - why say the opposite every 6 months for...almost 10 years? I can easily show you more than 200+ videos of KC openly lying in the interviews, in the conferences and at the investor meetings.
KC et al do not have enough acumen to develop a project schedule or even a basic set of milestones that the company works towards. We are paying these muppets, what? 250k per quarter for doing what? Rehashing reports and documents from 2015 (as a project update)?
KC et al have deceived the shareholders, they have benefited personally at the expense of the investors. There is not one bit of evidence that shows otherwise.
KC et al are not representing best interests of the shareholders, that is the basis of corporate/investor law. Instead they are clearly stalling without communicating anything that even resembles a coherent strategy.
KC et al are depleting our funds, the remaining funds from the sales of the slices of our project, to continue to pay themselves the inflated salaries with the goal to eventually bring the company into the TO/BO territory where they will further reward themselves % of the struck deals when CEZ/Geomet buys EMH's remaining portion out.
All of the above could have been fixed, avoided by applying corporate governance transparency.
Instead EMH is stumbling without any goal in mind, telling us that they can't give us the DFS timeline because their geotech consultant reports were experiencing delays or that the winter has started early or that the process chemistry is being further improved and requires additional lab test (for the x1000 time)....whilst they are just drawing checks from the investors.
Do not even try to excuse them, KC et al have millions of options on their hands but they are choosing to maintain silence.
