The industry in which they do buisness is irellevant (aside from if they were in law in which is would be worse, I guess), it is the poor judgement that is relevant; losing shareholder money in the courts. It was probably a difficult decision on their part I guess, if they didn't persue it then I'm sure people would complain about that also.
There buisness model nor industry they operate in has changed significantly in the last 18 months and we all know what happened in those last 18 months. What is different this time?
Hopefully a better execution of the strategy.
