The company is making in excess of $4m per year now at a market cap of $8m (plus convertible notes etc totaling maybe $13m?). Another record quarter has been hinted and is about to be announced. If they successfully implement further cost reduction and further growth, then profitability is achievable soon. Even more so if the raised money is used for purchase orders, as it directly translates into already secured future revenue.
