They don't need any more big names, they need genuine big orders. I received a purchase order of 50k in my small - medium business a few weeks ago, it means sweet FA.
This company needs a series of substantial and ongoing orders before you will see any significant upward movement. The way I see it CIO shares are largely held by players and hopefuls not true investors which is reflected in the jitterish price fluctuations and never being able to hold any increases.
