I don't think the market is underestimating CIO, nor do I think the market is unaware of who CIO is and what it does.
The market is waiting for a deal or deals that have definitive stream of revenues, not partnerships, agreements, handshakes or understandings.
Until revenues can be defined and achieved no one is able to accurately get a handle on what the business is actually worth.
I have a small stake in CIO and am very confident of it achieving success in the short to medium term.
This will only take off when potential buyers see that the suite of products that are for sale are being sold and money is going into the bank.
Until then, patience is required.
