Been reading across multiple other REIT threads regarding the large drop and I am leaning towards the idea that the bloodshed will continue until these companies put the final nail in the coffin for us retail holders (capital raise).
I still think long-term that businesses like CIP will perform well, however, doesn't make it any easier watching your holdings drop off a cliff
