Surely the market isn’t going to put too much weight in the quarterly?
This is all about the Brace168 acquisition now.
We won’t see results from them until July, so could be a long wait if Management don’t drip feed the market some updates.
Brace168 earn out sees them need to post $1.7m this half, that would be about $900k in Q4.
I just think this was off the radar and the acquisition won’t be trusted until they post some numbers.
