Ann: Cipherpoint subsidiary ExciteIT Signs Agreement with Healius, page-12

This announcement has gone well under the radar, with barely a blip in SP in response, despite impressive revenue.

I was hoping and half expecting for a new significant contract this year so am pleased despite the lack of market interest.

We will know a lot more come end of January when quarterly reveals actual cash situation and some hint of how costs have been reduced (by cost cutting measures) and how they have increased (Excite staff/operations on the books from 23rd Nov).

I'm cautiously optimistic about the company moving forward but clearly the market is waiting until more is revealed and whether or not further CR will be required.
