shareholders are not creditors.
so anything recommended for creditors, is not necessarily best for shareholders.

big difference imho.

so MIN is biggest Creditor of EGO and subs, but also biggest s/h.

just WHO is looking after the interests on Non-MIN shareholders?
yep - no one.

so when we go to vote, has MIN been in receipt of the same info we are??
Nope - because they were intimately involved with the selection of proposals.
Also, is MIN in the same position as non-MIN shareholders of EGO?
nope
because they were the ones who put us here, because they were the ones who appointed the Receivers in the first place.
When s/h go to vote - just which hat does MIN wear? the hat of the party which forcefully acquired the assets of EGO, and put it into Administration, or the hat of a shareholder with virtually no rights and no voice?
I bet they will be happy to see all this go away ......
