    Dare I ask what the mood of shareholders is concerning the arrangements outlined for the General Meeting due in a week or so?

    I will be voting no to resolutions which if passed would prevent the liquidation/winding-up the company.

    I hope shareholders will do also.  Send completed proxy forms in.
