    Why would voting No prevent liquidation ?

    I think if the vote is No we will go into liquidation  no funds to pay any one.

    Trident is putting in$75k on the condition that they raise capital which is at 2 cents.

    If that does not happen Trident will pull out then liquidation.

    If the vote is passed you have 2 cent left if not nothing.

    Read the AGM minutes again regarding Trident and what they must do.
