Your question defies explanation, but your “reference to Dog”, is very apt.
The dog has been gutted, skun, and there is no meat on the measly bones. Not even worthy of road kill?
I am convinced there isn’t any hope for the future of the rotting carcass, and I believe you could be forgiven for having no confidence in Trident.
