It is easy for a spec stock that is always short of money to make backhand deals with mates while allowing the company to go into administration.
Shareholders get nothing although we paid for the drilling and salaries of directors and drilling contractors.
They form a new company and get well supported because of high grade results. We get SFA!
Is anyone familiar with a share called BioProspect .
It has some shady directors and I think it went bust after they cleaned out he kitty.
