    OK what's all this about SANTA
    Who is Laika ?
    A Deed of Arrangement ?
    Seems like they are proposing to take out all the assets for bugger all
    Need shareholder approval apparently
    But then again MM and his Cronies probably hold enough voting stock to get this approved
    Who knows - MM etc are possibly involved with Laika ?
    All IMO
