I somewhat agree with what you are saying about the newbie retailers getting hyper emotional and chasing quick riches.
But I can assure you, from my personal experience, the admins are far more active to address any baseless down ramping on that Facebook page than here on HC.
The anonymity on here breeds keyboard warriors.
