It's no issue to you and I but institutional investors aren't particularly keen to hold stocks sitting in the cents. Perception amongst other reasons. If it wasn't an issue then companies would never consolidate, yet it happens all the time. Just saying that we can't dismiss it when considering the future stepping stones for the business and potential re-rate catalysts.
