I'm sorry but that just isn't true. Consolidation provides a cleaner share registry and removes, or reduces the amount of share traders and machines looking for 1 pip gains.
I agree its not needed now, however, I never said it was. Its clear the stock needs more institutional support and that's something they are working towards. You can't disregard the impact of the share registry.
