I agree with both you, this is a cracking announcement that shows our capabilities and what we can achieve in the future.
All I'm trying to point out is this announcement in isolation won't have a material impact on the next 4C, which in my view is the clear catalyst for an increase in SP.
$2,000,000 facility @ say 2% if fully utilised is $40k per month, less FSG and MCs share (30% each from memory), less the cost of the funding doesn't leave heaps left over.
