You never have an obligation for a referral agreement that says you 'must' introduce.... because if the referrer cannot make any such introductions then they're potentially opened up to liability. However, for Mastercard to get a financial benefit from this agreement they have to introduce customers to CRO from which Mastercard gets a clip of the ticket.
