Following on from your point regarding not making them pay to set up a new one. If they did make them pay, Cirralto would most likely then have to be doing greater than $1.5mill to purchase to take into account the expense Greenshoots has incurred to help Cirralto with the purchase. Ultimately more shares on issue then. Correct me if I'm wrong here. DYOR.
