Mate I touched this out the other day Greenshoots only purpose is to be the Australian front of Mintworx, which low and behold has circa 25 staff:

Mintworx is very real and that is effectively what we are buying a plug and play software business to enhance our Ecommerce capacities.
The dodgy websites were a terrible look, not sure why they did that to be honest.
