Losing Frank Richmond to the UK has caused the share price to come off. He worked at Dell running their large enterprise business, got Dell's top achiever award in his first year, and grew the revenue of Cirrus. He then was responsible for doing the acquisition due diligence & deals. Investors liked that. But now he's taking a back seat, at a time when the company is growing.
