re: Ann: Citadel's March Quarterly Activi... My preference by a mile is this share issue rather than debt in the current climate. Dilution is tough but such a debt could leave us with nothing (rather than half of something huge!). I have no trust in what the banks will do if they go under or simply 'require the funds', I also do not wish for Citadel to be hedged in any way, so this is the price we need to pay.
